Terry Shepherd, with his extensive knowledge and background in pearls, travels to many out-of-the-way places to purchase pearls directly from the farms where they are produced. This bypasses any middlemen, bringing our customers the ultimate in quality and pricing. Crystal Shepherd manages many of the day-to-day operations of the office, often devoting her time to personally address customer requests and needs.
