Preliminary Report This is a service offered only by The Pearl Outlet. If you purchase one of these reports, your item will be sent to an independent GIA certified lab. The lab will carefully exam your item and then the lab will send your item directly to you and will mail the preliminary report separately. This service is non-refundable, since the report is done for you, the customer, and it cannot be transferred to another customer. It will take 1 to 2 weeks for the lab to finish the report.
