This awe-inspiring pendant features a large, 10.5mm South Sea pearl, suspended from a diamond encrusted 14k white gold heart. There are two diamond encrusted rondells on the 16" chain. There are 51 diamonds with a total diamond weight of .26 carats enhancing this rare pearl.
